MFTWSC211_2015jan14

Hi, everyone, I’m back again with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Challenge & Inspiration Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I used some MFT January Release products for my card today. I started with a Grout Gray card stock base, then added some silver glitter paper and a piece of Black Licorice card stock stamped with Damask Background and using Sweet Tooth pigment ink then heat embossed with clear detail embossing powder. Next, I framed part of the sentiment, from Smitten With You, with a die from Blueprints 2 Die-namics cut from silver mirror paper. The sentiment was stamped with Black Licorice dye ink and the heart with Ripe Raspberry dye ink. The rest of the sentiment was done like the Damask Background panel and popped up on foam mounting tape. I finished off with a Pierced Heart STAX Die-namics cut from Ripe Raspberry card stock and some sequins, adhered with a Quickie Glue Pen.

On the inside, another sentiment from Smitten With You on layers cut with Blueprints 20 Die-namics.

And that’s all I have for you today! Thanks so much for stopping by—see you soon!
