Hi, and welcome to Day Three of MFT’s April Release Countdown! Today we’re featuring Spring Garden Die-namics, Garden Fence Die-namics, Wheelbarrow Die-namics, PI Heart Bouquet, and PI Heart Bouquet Die-namics. Don’t forget to check out the MFT Blog for all the details and remember release is on April 7th at 10pm.

My first card uses two of the new Die-namics being released this month: Spring Garden Die-namics and Garden Fence Die-namics, along with a couple of previously released dies. I started with a Kraft card stock base, then added a Blue Breeze card stock layer, cut with Blueprints 24 Die-namics and popped up on foam mounting tape after I stamped the sentiment, from LJD Embellished Eggs. Next I added Grassy Edges Die-namics cut from Limelight card stock and Green Room card stock, Garden Fence Die-namics, cut from Natural card stock and stamped with Grout Gray dye ink and Wood Plank Background. Then I created my little pots of flowers, using Brick Red card stock, Green Room card stock, Limelight card stock, Daffodil card stock, Orange Zest card stock, Pure Plum card stock, Tickled Pink card stock, Lavender Fields card stock, Grape Jelly card stock, and Cherry Crisp card stock. The sun was cut with Blueprints 21 Die-namics from Daffodil card stock and the clouds with Cloud Cover-Up Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock. The bird house is done with Cherry Crisp card stock, Steel Gray card stock, and metallic silver, as is the watering can. This was such a fun little scene to create!

On the INSIDE, I stamped a sentiment from LJD Spring Tulips

My second card uses the adorable PI Heart Bouquet stamps set and Die-namics, plus Tiny Triangles Stencil, and Simply Circles Background

I started this card with a Sweet Tooth card stock base, then added a piece of Ranger Watercolor Paper that was colored with Tiny Triangles Stencil, a water brush, and these inks: Blue Breeze dye ink, Lavender Fields dye ink, Daffodil dye ink, Wild Cherry dye ink, Limelight dye ink, Cotton Candy dye ink, Black Licorice dye ink, Orange Zest dye ink, and Blu Raspberry dye ink. I popped that up on foam and added a couple of strips of Steel Gray card stock stamped with Simply Circles Background and Versamark, one of which I had first stamped with the sentiment in Sweet Tooth pigment ink and heat embossed with clear detail embossing powder. Next I cut PI Heart Bouquet Die-namics from Neenah Classic Crest Cover, Solar White Smooth, 110lb., stamped the image from PI Heart Bouquet with Black Licorice hybrid ink, colored with Copic markers, and popped it up on a Sweet Tooth card stock panel around which I’d tied around some turquoise hemp. To finish off, I added some enamel dots and sequins. This card is also for this week’s Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.

On the INSIDE, I stamped another sentiment from the set.

And that’s it! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope to see you back tomorrow for Day Two!
