Live Colorfully–MFTWSC #280

MFTWSC280_2016may12

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I just LOVE
MFT’s new End of the Rainbow Die-namics! It fits into designs so well due to it’s footprint and along with the cloud die really can complete a card on it’s own. I started with a Stone Gray card stock base and added a strip of Sweet tooth card stock at the top, embossed with Basic Stitch Lines Die-namics. Next is a panel of Ranger Watercolor paper colored with Peerless Watercolors and popped up on foam mounting tape.

Next I cut End of the Rainbow Die-namics from Ranger Watercolor paper and watercolored each strip with Peerless Watercolors and a small water brusy and adhered it. The cloud part was cut from Sweet Tooth card stock and stamped with a sentiment from Rainbow Greetings and Black Licorice dye ink, then also popped up on foam. I finished off by added a matching Pretty Pink Posh sequins to each color.

And that’s it—easy peasy and you can’t beat a good rainbow, can you? Thanks so much for stopping by today—see you soon!
